Welcome to Extend Online, the place we get to offer you physio led, targeted pilates classes and packages you can purchase to do in your own home!

Each class has been created with a specific purpose in mind, please ensure you create a safe and clutter free space to exercise in, have a towel and water bottle handy and your phone in case of emergency.
 
If you purchase a package you are also welcome to email us any questions or queries and we will aim to reply within 24hours.

Extend Mummies – $45

This package is absolute gold. You will be guided through an 8 week programme that takes you from learning the basics of breathing, abdominal and core connection and activation to feeling strong, stable and confident in your post baby body and all the challenges that come with mum life.

This can be done in conjunction with Extend Mummies in person classes for extra benefits.

Please talk to your midwife or obstetrician before beginning this program but it is safe to start from a few weeks post baby depending on how you are healing and feeling. Please prioritise post birth healing and well being and focus on correct movement patterns and positions once you start.

You will have 12 weeks access for one payment of NZ$45.

Extend Pilates – Lisa Tetzlaff

You will have 12 weeks access. This can be done in conjuction with Extend Mummies in person classes for extra benefits.

There are 4 full class videos that make up the basis of this programme (Basics, Everyday, Progressions, Lifting Strength), plus 3 added bonus classes (Sitting, Standing, Stretching).

Extend Pilates does not accept any responsibility for any bodily harm that may arise during or after completing our online pilates classes or packages. Before agreeing to purchase a package you must agree to only carry out exercises you feel safe to do. No exercises should be done if they bring on or worsen current pain you may be experiencing. You should seek medical clearance from your Physio, Doctor or Midwife before doing any exercise if you have injuries, medical conditions or a pregnant or post natal.

Due to the immediately accessible nature of this content, online packages and online classes are non-refundable.
